Company Background:
Founder Jens Geisemeyer incepted G-POP GmbH in 2002 in Hamburg, Germany. A year later an Asian regional representative office based in Singapore was set up to manage all licensing and marketing activities for Asia Pacific. Established in Asia since 2003, the company has experienced exponential growth in the areas of revenue, establishing its company profile and expanding its network of channel partners in Europe and Asia Pacific. With steady revenue growth, 2006 saw an expansion of the G-POP Asia business into extending international artistes bookings division within the G-pop licensing and marketing business. As an international licensing company and bookings agency, 2006 and beyond will see G-POP’s commitment to value-add existing and new partnerships and positioning ourselves as a company that is forward thinking, creative, cutting edge, and constantly keeping abreast with current trends.

The Team:
Jens Geisemeyer brings more than 20 years of senior management experience to
G-POP GmbH where he serves as Founder and Managing Director and is responsible
for the day-to-day operations of the company. Geisemeyer was pivotal to the driving
success of Edel records (Europe’s largest independent company with 77 offices
worldwide and listed on the Europe stock exchange) when he previously served as
Managing Director. Geisemeyer has extensive executive leadership experience in the
music business and has lead operations and business development efforts at both
major and independent companies over his career. Prior to his tenure at Edel
Records, Geisemeyer held a senior management role as Deputy Head of Marketing at
Polydor (Universal Music Germany) where he signed and managed A&M, one of the
world’s most prestigious independent labels. Amongst the many artiste careers,
Geisemeyer marketed the likes of Bryan Adams, Sting, Sheryl Crow, Chris De Burgh
and many others.

Chadrick Yeo Managing Director of G-pop GmbH Asia office was previously Regional
Marketing Manager for Edel records Asia till he left to join G-pop in 2003. Equipped
with strategic marketing expertise, extensive knowledge and understanding of the
Asian markets, Chadrick was instrumental in breaking acts like Jennifer Paige,
Gregorian Masters of Chant, Baha Men, Toy Box and 2Be3 into the Asian market
during his stint with Edel records. Chadrick started his career in the music business
as a disc jockey in the mid-eighties but moved on into a marketing role in the local
nightclubbing scene by the time he graduated. Not long after a series of successful
club marketing and promotions, Chadrick landed himself a marketing position with
one of the top local media/ publishing firm where he quickly climbed the corporate
ladder and later got headhunted to work for Edel records. Chadrick has built up a
portfolio of successful regional marketing/ licensing and media/ advertising
experience through his experience and since joining G-pop, Chadrick have used his
expertise to secure licensing deals for acts such as DJ Bobo (licensing in Japan and
Asia), Simply Red (licensing in Japan), Arrested Development (licensing and booking
in Asia), Mel C (licensing in Asia), Cosmic Gate (licensing and booking in Asia) and
many more. Currently in G-pop Asia office, Chadrick oversees the daily regional
operations and works closely with the team on the business development and daily
licensing/ synch license and music marketing matters. His role as Managing Director
in G-POP Asia is now strategic and privy to building and developing the business to a
greater measure.

Jonathan Yeo is G-pop Asia's General Manager and has a wealth of experience in
the nightclubbing and international artiste booking circuit across Asia Pacific; mainly
Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, Taiwan, Hong Kong and China. Jonathan's
booking experience encompasses past successes of booking intl. acts such as Jon
Digweed, Kohseen, Green Velvet, Nic Fanciulli, Technasia, Rolando, Joachim Garraud
and many others to Asia. In his past, Jonathan was instrumental in his role as a
resident DJ for Zouk from 1991 - 2000 and has played in many renowned clubs
across the globe such as YELLOW (Legendary House Club) in Japan, SPACE and
Pacha in Ibiza, WELCOME 2001 Australia and the Ministry of Sound in London. After
his disc jockeying career, Jonathan propelled into entertainment and club
management of Centro Jakarta for few years. Jonathan played a key role in
launching the club's concept and musical direction, developed the club's promotions
and built Centro Jakarta's brand name into a current top notched popular nightclub
in Indonesia. Jonathan decided to further his career in the music industry with a
positon with G-pop GmbH Asia office. Jonathan is involved in the managing of the
daily office operations, licensing and also heads the booking division of G-pop Asia.
